Terms and Conditions — TAX.hk accounts
These Terms and Conditions apply to TAX.hk at tax.hk, including our tax information, calculators, consultant directory, and account features. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services.
Google sign-in and One Tap are optional authentication methods. You authorize TAX.hk to receive the basic identity information described in our Privacy Policy. Google remains a separate service provider; TAX.hk is not Google and is not endorsed by Google. Your use of Google is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Provide accurate registration details, use only an account you control, protect your credentials and signed-in devices, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Never send us your Google password. We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the service, compromise security, or violate these terms, subject to applicable law.
You can stop using TAX.hk at any time and request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Revoking TAX.hk in your Google Account does not itself delete your TAX.hk account. Data handling and any required retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Tax outputs and articles provide general information, not individualized legal, accounting, or tax advice. No adviser-client relationship is created merely by using the website or contacting a listed consultant. Obtain independent professional advice and verify current Inland Revenue Department requirements before making decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law.
